Birthday Cake Luqman and Izzat
Strawberry Cream Almond Cake
I'm personally proud of this cake because it's actually not what I plan in the beginning. Mula-mula nak buat almond layer cake and ice with vanilla cream...Tapi oleh kerana tersangat letih setelah 2-3 minggu berhempas pulas kat lab, tertidur la pulak masa tengah bakar kek..dah hangit skit kek...rasanya sedap, tapi agak keras.....keesokkannya baru dapat idea untuk buat strawberry cream and ice with vanilla cream...tak sangka jadi cantik pulak...cam kat kedai kek..
Totally Chocolate
With great chocolaty in mind, this cake is all about chocolate. Chocolate sponge ice with chocolate ganache and covered with white and dark chocolate shave..dan cherry dip in chocolate at the corner.....rich....
Butter cake
But for me, nothing better than plain butter cake and a cup of tea after a long hard day at work....
Jantung, Popia and Udang

Sejak duduk Scotland ni, ni lah first time jumpa jantung..tu pun ihsan tuan kedai...dah bosan jugak makan ayam jer atau daging..ikan pun susah jumpa..kalau ada pun salmon, haddock, sesekali bolehlah siakap.... bila dah dapat jantung ni apa lagi..masak kicap la yang paling sedap sekali...

My popia somehow different sikit. I like it small (bite size), not too much filling supaya ianya lebih rangup dan tahan. Kat sini agak mudah nak buat popia sebab boleh dapat kulitnya dari kedai Pak Matt Dundee. Selalu kalau buat, simpan dalam peti, so bila teringin, tinggal goreng jer....
Udang Masak Asam
ni udang experiment Amirrudin....dia jumpa resepi dalam majalah saji...not bad, tapi dia sendiri tak makan....takut langgar undang-undang persatuan gout semalaya..........
