Strawberry Cream Almond Cake
I'm personally proud of this cake because it's actually not what I plan in the beginning. Mula-mula nak buat almond layer cake and ice with vanilla cream...Tapi oleh kerana tersangat letih setelah 2-3 minggu berhempas pulas kat lab, tertidur la pulak masa tengah bakar kek..dah hangit skit kek...rasanya sedap, tapi agak keras.....keesokkannya baru dapat idea untuk buat strawberry cream and ice with vanilla cream...tak sangka jadi cantik pulak...cam kat kedai kek..
Totally ChocolateWith great chocolaty in mind, this cake is all about chocolate. Chocolate sponge ice with chocolate ganache and covered with white and dark chocolate shave..dan cherry dip in chocolate at the corner.....rich....
Butter cake
But for me, nothing better than plain butter cake and a cup of tea after a long hard day at work....
