My favourite dessert

This is my personal favourite dessert. It's crunchy on the outside, creamy in the inside. The combination of juicy strawbery in the lemonade double cream, rolled in sweet crunchy meringe. I say....perfect dessert.

How do I do it...




1. Bake the meringue. Turn upside down and let it cool.











2. Spread the cream evenly








3. Spread the strawberry
















4. Roll tightly, use tin foil to help rolling
